Sending Arrival Notices and inland haulage documents.
Checking transmitted AN + discharge list sent to terminal
Processing COD cases.
Handling and responding to customer requests.
Education & Background
Bachelor's degree from a college or university
Preferred majors: Maritime Studies, International Trade, Import/Export, Business Administration, Logistics
Skills & Competencies
Working experience is not requried. Fresh graduate is welcome *********
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good in English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Professional and friendly communication style
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting agreed terms and conditions
