Tổng quan

Prepare and manage commercial documents, including Proposals, Contracts, MOAs, SOWs, Change Orders (COs), Invoices, and audit-related documents.
Track contract status, renewals, payment terms, and key commercial deadlines.
Support invoice issuance and payment follow-up.
Maintain and organize commercial documents with proper version control.
Coordinate with Business, Finance, and Project teams to support commercial processes.
Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, company profiles, presentations, and other sales materials using information provided by the Business team.
Update and maintain CRM with customer, opportunity, and project information.
Track the sales pipeline, key business metrics, and important deadlines.
Prepare periodic sales and business reports.
Update and communicate project status, including:
New project announcements
New Change Orders (COs)
Contract renewals
Arrange meetings, accommodation, and business lunches.
Curate and update company profiles, case studies, and other sales collaterals.
Support company events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
