Ensure all operational revenues and costs are accurately recorded and reflected in financial systems.
Monitor the completeness and accuracy of monthly financial postings and accruals.
Review and analyze monthly financial performance, including Revenue, Cost, Gross Profit and profitability trends.
Identify variances against budget, forecast and prior periods and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Partner closely with Operations Management to identify operational improvement opportunities and profitability enhancement initiatives.
Support operational teams with financial analysis for customer reviews, productivity improvements and business cases.
Lead the monthly forecasting process and ensure timely submission of accurate financial forecasts.
Develop, coordinate and manage the annual budgeting process.
Monitor business performance against budget and forecast targets and proactively highlight risks and opportunities.
Support pricing reviews, customer profitability analyses and commercial decision-making processes.
Prepare and present financial and operational performance reports to management.
