- Treasury & Banking Management
- Manage daily banking operations and relationships with banking partners.
- Review and reconcile bank statements.
- Do manual payment in Bank for POB and Tax Duty Payment, printing and process all documents related to manual payment
- Support manual payment processing through banking platforms
- Coordinate with Shared Service Centers to ensure timely and accurate payment execution.
- Liaise with banks regarding e-banking administration, account maintenance, banking facilities, overdrafts, loans, contracts, and treasury matters.
- Develop and implement bank guarantee strategies to support operational requirements
- Coordinate internal approvals and external communications related to bank guarantees and customs requirements.
Yêu cầu
- Facilitate customs-duty related payments and documentation.
- Financial Planning & Performance Reporting
- Develop and maintain KPI tracking reports and dashboards.
- Perform financial analysis and variance reporting.
- Prepare management reporting packages and performance reviews.
- Monitor AP credit and AP debit balances within assigned categories.
- Prepare periodic POB and other business performance reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Working Capital & Cash Flow Management
- Monitor and manage working capital performance.
- Develop and maintain collection plans and payment plans.
- Prepare periodic cash flow forecasts and analysis.
- Prepare and review Cash Flow Statements.
- Identify liquidity risks and recommend mitigation actions.
- Support initiatives to improve cash conversion cycle and optimize working capital.
- Master Data Governance
- Act as Finance Key User for finance-related master data.
- Coordinate creation and maintenance of customer, vendor, and finance master data.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of master data records.
- Support system enhancements, testing activities, and master data controls.
