Operations Customs compliance control
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance control programs and protocols to ensure full bonded warehouse compliance.
Plan and conduct compliance self-audits; identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
Regulatory Intelligence
Review, interpret, and monitor changes in customs laws and regulations; propose necessary updates to SOPs and management controls.
Provide professional consultancy and advisory services to stakeholders on customs matters.
Daily customs related operations management
Declaration Management: Oversee and execute electronic customs declarations (VNACCS/VCIS) for various import/export types.
Manage and monitor customs brokers’ performance to ensure service quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, brokers, and authorities to facilitate compliance audits and inspections.
Validate and submit customs-related reports for internal management, customers, and authorities as required.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with onsite Customs Authorities.
