Tổng quan

Execute daily warehouse system transactions (inbound, outbound, inventory) accurately and on time in WMS/SAP in accordance with SOPs.
Maintain and update warehouse records, reports, and documentation to ensure data accuracy and audit readiness.
Execute order processing by verifying item details, quantities, and documentation to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Inventory control including stock monitoring, cycle counts, discrepancy, and reconciliation.
Prepare, retain, and manage warehouse documentation in compliance with company policies and customs requirements.
Coordinate and communicate with warehouse operations, customer service, transport, and related departments regarding shipment status and operational updates.
Respond promptly to emails, system alerts, and operational escalations.
Report system issues, data discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to Supervisor, Operations.
Participate in training and compliance requirements as assigned by Supervisor, Operations.
Perform other administrative tasks as required to support warehouse operations.
