- Own Existing KA Accounts: Manage Joint Business Planning (JBP), assortment, merchandising, and P&L (sell-in & sell-out) for current key accounts.
- Promo & ROI Management: Plan and execute trade marketing, new product launches, and in-store activations while managing promotional ROI.
- 0-to-1 Channel Expansion: Prospect and onboard new beauty chains, hypermarkets, and pharmacies; establish provincial distributor networks.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to ensure stock supply and marketing resources.
