Build, deploy, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows using Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud) and Python
Identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions in collaboration with Business, Operations, and IT teams to drive efficiency and productivity.
Troubleshoot, monitor, and continuously optimize workflows, proposing innovative approaches to enhance operational capabilities.
Define, track, and monitor KPIs to support performance management and strategic decision-making.
Extract, transform, validate, and cleanse data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance policies.
Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to Business Unit needs, backed by optimized data models and clear data narratives.
Automate recurring reports, empower users through self-service BI tools, and continuously refine BI processes with emerging tools and methodologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions.
Present automation and BI solutions, progress updates, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Prepare technical documentation and drive continuous process improvements.
