Develop strategic plans and business strategies suited to the Company's existing product portfolio.
Monitor regional business activities to drive sales and achieve targets. Review, follow up with, and support employees in resolving challenges; evaluate the performance of team members within the assigned area.
Implement the Company's product development, sales, and marketing policies.
Manage and update customer data, sales opportunities, interaction histories, and follow-up activities in the CRM system, ensuring that records are accurate and kept up to date.
Monitor and manage OAR (Outstanding Accounts Receivable); coordinate with relevant departments and the sales team to track receivables, follow up on due and overdue payments, and minimize credit and collection risks.
Analyze market information, customer feedback, and competitor activities; propose appropriate product development plans, business plans, and marketing activities.
Build and maintain relationships with partners and medical institutions, and develop strategic cooperation plans. Directly negotiate with partners and key accounts and present products to ensure implementation of approved business plans.
Train, coach, assess the capabilities of, and develop the sales team.
Report work progress periodically or on an ad hoc basis as requested by the Board of Directors; manage transactions, understand customer needs, and identify new and potential customers.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
