Order Management
Manage the full order cycle
Ensure all orders are fulfilled on time and in full quantity & quality.
Collaborate with Decathlon supply & logistic team and external suppliers to maximize the flow efficiency
Ensure smooth communication and timely support to related partiesSupplier Management
Track and analyze suppliers performances
Drive root-cause analysis and issue corrective & preventive action plans
Monitor cost & proceed payment invoices for suppliers
Conduct regular Business Reviews meetings with suppliers
Sales Reporting, Invoicing & Payment Follow-Up
Assist business development team in sales analysis to unlock commercial opportunities
Monitor stock data with inventory analysis and improvement plans
Manage the invoicing process
Ensure timely payment collection from partners and resolve discrepancies
After-sales service
Act as the first point of contact for wholesale partners on all operational matters: orders, transport, deliveries, after-sales
