Tổng quan

  • Provide End-User Support: Act as the primary technical support for all employees, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network connections via tickets, walk-ins, phone calls, and chat.
  • IT Asset Management: Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of laptops, desktops, monitors, and other peripherals.
  • System & Network Support: Assist with the maintenance and troubleshooting of internal systems, office networks (LAN, Wi-Fi), and basic server-related tasks.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle the IT aspects of employee onboarding (account setup, equipment provisioning) and offboarding (asset retrieval, account deactivation)
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting issues on both Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of common business software, including MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware components.
  • Over 1 year for hands-on experience in a corporate IT help desk or end-user support role is preferred.
  • (For new graduates) A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to assist users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to resolve technical issues.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Can use English (Ability to work)
