Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
Identify new business opportunities and growth potential across sales channels.
Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to support business planning.
Build and execute annual sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
Channel Management
Manage and develop distributor, dealer, retailer, and key account networks.
Ensure effective sales coverage and channel expansion in assigned territories.
Monitor channel performance and implement improvement initiatives to maximize sales results.
Maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and customers.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Build long-term relationships with key customers and business partners.
Handle major negotiations and support strategic account development.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to drive business success.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Monitor sales performance, inventory movement, and market activities.
Evaluate business performance through sales data analysis and actionable insights.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operating procedures.
