Tổng quan
- Report line: directly report to the General Manager
- Age: around 30 years old
- Team size: 3 people
- Education - Major: University - Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering and related for air-conditioner.
- Male/Female
- English: Toiec 600 upward
- Cooperate with R&D of Daikin Thailand to ensure new models produced at Daikin Vietnam are not delayed
- Determine the specification of new products transferred from other market into Vietnam market with localized production.
- When parts or materials are changed, we create the necessary documentation, revise drawings, and issue DCS
- Control and manage the development process for new products transferred from other plants that are produced by Daikin Vietnam.
- Pursue whole development process of the new product from parts/material evaluation to mass production without delay.
- Coordinate with other departments in the factory so that the trial production for new products is not delayed.
- Develop new parts/materials from the market to improve product specifications and realize cost reduction
