Tổng quan

Design & Drawing Review: Review construction drawings, specifications, and quantities for accuracy and completeness.
Cost Estimation & Analysis: Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, BOQs, cost analysis, and value engineering.
Tendering & Bidding: Prepare tender documents, request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Budget Management: Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, including initial, bidding, and revised budgets; experience with PIMS or similar systems is preferred.
Payment Certification: Review subcontractors’ Interim Payment Certificates and prepare Payment Certificates for clients.
Subcontract & Claims Management: Monitor subcontractor performance and review variations, claims, and commercial issues.
BOQ & Change Orders: Manage BOQs and evaluate change orders and their cost impacts.
Reporting & Coordination: Prepare weekly/monthly reports and coordinate with relevant departments and project stakeholders.
Perform other duties assigned by the Department Manager.
