- Actively prospect and leverage potential new clients
- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, market research, and customer visits.
- Prepare quotation and proposal to prospects
- Handle and turn around objections, propose value and foster partnership with clients in the daily work
- Cultivate a strong, long-term relationship with key decision-makers within the account
- Coordinate with Pricing, Customer Service, Documentation, Operations, and overseas agents to provide competitive rates and reliable services.
- Be aware of competitor activities and adapt tactics to meet market/account demands.
