- Payment Operations: Track payments end-to-end (from request and approval to execution and recording), maintaining clean and up-to-date supporting schedules.
- Cost Allocation: Accurately allocate spend to designated accounts and cost centers, applying allocation rules consistently across financial cycles.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile assigned balance sheet and operational accounts, investigate variance, and clear open items prior to close.
- Month-End Close: Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with VAS (and US GAAP under guidance), delivering quality deliverables on schedule.
- Records & Audit Readiness: Maintain organized, comprehensive transaction documentation to ensure all records are complete, organized, and audit-ready.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks in daily workflows and implement practical enhancements - such as standardized templates or automated trackers.
