- FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and performance reporting.
- Commercial Finance: partnering with business teams to build financial models and manage financial risks.
- Finance Transformation: modernizing finance processes through AI and system integration.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and financial forecasts (monthly, quarterly and annual).
- Manage cash flow forecasts and liquidity planning, ensuring alignment with the overall financial strategy.
- Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
- Track and analyze key financial and business KPIs, highlighting performance gaps and opportunities.
- Prepare monthly performance reports comparing actual results against budget and forecast, with clear analysis and recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to review budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities and improve performance.
- Present insights and recommendations directly to the CEO to support strategic and capital decisions.
- Drive finance transformation by applying AI and automation to planning, reporting and analysis.
- Work with Tech and Accounting to integrate finance systems and ensure data accuracy.
