Project Management
Resource & Capacity Planning
Build and maintain the SCE-wide human resource and team capacity view across functions (Merchandising, Fulfillment, QC, Sourcing/PM), covering both projects and daily operations.
Analyze team workload against demand and operational/project pipeline; identify capacity gaps and over-allocation.
Provide reallocation and hiring-need recommendations to the SCE Manager, and input capacity constraints into project portfolio prioritization.
Run periodic capacity planning cycles with the Production, Fulfillment, and Partner Management Teams to build and validate production, fulfillment and partner acquisition plans - ensuring they are reasonable relative to sales demand and achievable with current and planned capacity.
Manage the approved plans and track progress; flag deviations early and drive corrective actions
People Management
Manage, mentor, and grow the Project Coordinator team; drive recruitment and development paths.
Allocate PCs to projects and ensure consistent coordination quality across the portfolio.
Process & Knowledge Management
Champion agile ways of working within SCE.
Ensure project documentation and knowledge repositories are complete, organized, and accessible.
