Sales Performance Management
Develop new business opportunities and key accounts, expanding ZIM’s presence in the local market.
Proactively managing customer accounts, strengthening customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing shipping solutions.
Reporting the marketing information, competitors' information exchange, performance review etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as logistics, customer service, and operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service.
Assist in collection and financial systems management, resolving complex financial and payment issues.
Any tasks as assignment by Country Sales Manager
Team Management
Motivate, and supervise a high-performance sales team, monitor and analyze KPI to track the team's sales performance and business outcomes ensuring the achievement of sales targets in accordance with ZIM’S strategy.
Provide coaching, training, and professional development to team members to enhance their sales and customer service skills.
Conduct weekly team meetings, review performance, and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
