Transport Revenue & Cost Control:
Control overall of revenue of customers compared with quotation and trucking plan on the system
Control and manage variable costs and fixed costs
Review and verify all payment requests from the team before submitting them to superrior for approval
Solve arising issues related to vouchers, invoices ... under the responsibility of documentation Team:
Deal/coach on revenue, expenses, vouchers, company Debit Note for all subordinate.
Coordinate with other departments to clarify revenue and costs.
Control situation of advance payment and container deposit:
Control the situation advance / refund status of ops, driver, controlling the balance
Check the status of the empty cont deposit on shipping lines, check the balance and reasons if not balance
Management Report :
The P&L report calculates revenue and expenses for each service, classified by vehicle type: truck, container, variable costs
Review cost and revenue per service.
Debit Note report of trucking according to the fluctuation of oil price, based on the plan, debit notes, quotation and oil price at the time of making quotation
