Tổng quan

  • Support users in using and operating Odoo and other company software.
  • Develop new software applications and tools to meet departmental requirements.
  • Work directly with users across departments to gather software development requirements, analyze business processes, and propose solutions to management.
  • Develop and customize Odoo modules to meet business needs.
  • Modify existing features and develop additional functionality in Odoo to support the workflows of Elasten, Citeco, and business units in Germany.
  • Prepare user documentation, conduct training, and guide users on Odoo and other company software.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot software issues, and update or correct data when errors occur.
  • Prepare individual work plans and reports, and evaluate personal work performance.
  • Propose initiatives to improve work quality and productivity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of software development experience, including 3 years in Odoo development/customization, with a lead or key role in at least 2 enterprise Odoo implementation projects.
  • Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and the Odoo framework, including ORM, QWeb, XML views, workflows, security, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of Odoo architecture and core modules: Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, and HR; experience with Odoo implementation or upgrades.
  • Knowledge of business analysis, system design, and third-party API/web service integration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot for coding, analysis, and daily work.
  • Ability to read technical documentation in English and communicate at a basic level.
  • Strong requirements gathering, problem-solving, communication, presentation, training, documentation, and cross-department collaboration skills.
  • Honest, proactive, responsible, decisive, and detail-oriented; able to work independently, manage competing requests under pressure, and maintain data confidentiality.
  • A systematic, solution-oriented approach, strong professional ethics, willingness to learn, and commitment to a long-term role.
  • Graduates of Hanoi University of Science and Technology, VNU University of Engineering and Technology, or Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology.
  • Odoo certification or experience with an Odoo implementation partner.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript/OWL, HTML/CSS, Git, Linux, and Docker.
  • Experience developing internal tools, working in multi-company/multi-branch environments, or supporting manufacturing/trading businesses and their accounting, inventory, and sales processes.
