Provide professional research and support to Salesperson for closing the deal with prospective clients for tax/accounting/payroll services.
Ensure the 100% accuracy and comprehensiveness of the work results relating to tax/accounting/payroll matters addressing each concern of the client.
Prepare accurate documents and submit documents to relevant departments and authorities on the client's behalf 100% on time.
Follow up closely and update relevant parties and clients about the progress step by step and the result.
Report and update accurately to supervisors whenever required.
Fully update the company's project database as required.
Build up a good relationship with clients through the delivery process.
Handling complaints from clients about the project under self-charge and amending the mistakes or damages caused which make clients unhappy.
Directly handle the service delivery process from drafting documents, submission, and result handover.
Strictly follow the timeline of each service project.
