Execute the local Marketing & Communications strategy in alignment with global and regional strategies, working closely with the Senior Regional Manager M&C APA and regional Go-to-Market Managers to support local business growth and lead generation.
Develop and manage local marketing plans and budgets, covering both online and offline activities, with clear KPIs and performance targets for the local businesses.
Plan, execute and optimize marketing activities, including digital campaigns, events, tradeshows, webinars, social media and other marketing initiatives; adapt global/regional campaigns and create relevant local content and marketing assets.
Manage local communications and content, including social media, PR, YouTube, publications and other communication channels; act as the first contact for local media requests and ensure local communication follows regional guidelines and governance.
Drive lead generation and performance tracking, using marketing automation tools to set up campaigns, track leads, analyze results and continuously optimize marketing activities; prepare accurate monthly KPI reports with key insights and implications.
Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders including Sales/Regional Sales Managers, Field Managers, Country Managers and M&C teams, while ensuring compliance with company policies and requirements related to HSE, Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.
