Tổng quan

  • Design assigned features and product areas from requirements through to polished, shipped UI.
  • Turn product requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Collaborate daily with Product and Engineering on scoping, feasibility, handoff, and QA of the built result.
  • Use and contribute to the design system, maintaining consistency across the product.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, research, and usage data.
  • Present work in design reviews and articulate the reasoning behind design choices.
  • Help uphold an intuitive, accessible, and trustworthy experience across the product.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Visual Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Candidates with equivalent practical experience and a strong design portfolio are encouraged to apply.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design or Product Design.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering web and/or mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end UX design process, including:
  • User research
  • User flows
  • Information architecture
  • Wireframing
  • Interaction design
  • High-fidelity visual design
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Design Systems.
  • Experience working within and contributing to a scalable design system.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Ability to independently transform product requirements into user-friendly design solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly Product Managers and Software Engineers.
