Tổng quan

Lead the strategic development and execution of brand, digital, trade, and event marketing plans.
Build and manage the annual marketing budget.
Oversee creative content, advertising, promotions, partnerships, and product launches.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure consistency in brand experience across all venues.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities (e.g. B2B partnerships, events, product placement).
Lead the business development team to achieve revenue targets.
Drive strategies to grow retail sales (delivery, direct-to-consumer).
Develop and monitor performance KPIs and ROI metrics for sales and marketing campaigns.
Manage and mentor a team of marketers and business development professionals (6–10 staff).
Work collaboratively with the operations, brewing, and finance teams to align on business goals.
Report regularly to the CEO and contribute to executive-level strategy planning.
