Identify and engage potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Support generation activities and maintain customer databases in CRM.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales materials.
Follow up with prospects and support client communication throughout projects.
Coordinate with Account, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Support various business development and operational tasks when needed.
Proactively suggest ideas and improvements to optimize workflows.
