Project Acquisition: Identify and develop new project opportunities.
Consultancy & Solutioning: Provide expert office furniture interior solutions.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain sustainable long-term relationships with clients.
Market Intelligence: Search for upcoming office projects via market reports and professional networking.
Quantity Take-off: Perform quantity take-offs from CAD drawings or interior layouts.
Bidding & Quoting: Prepare detailed quotations, company profiles, and bidding documents for large-scale projects.
Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions.
Contract Management: Manage bidding documents and contracts.
Project Delivery:
Coordinate with the logistics and technical teams to supervise delivery and installation on-site.
Ensure the installation team adheres to the approved layout and product quality standards.
Handover: Conduct project acceptance, handovers, and assist the accounting department with debt collection based on project milestones.
