Talent Acquisition
Partner with hiring managers to advise on recruitment strategies, market conditions & align with hiring needs, candidate portrait, and timelines.
Collaborate on planning periodic recruitment budgets and workforce planning.
Manage the end-to-end talent recruitment process, including coordinating candidate sourcing (through job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting), arranging interview schedules, conducting interviews & preparing offer letters.
Maintain recruitment databases, reports, and metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire...).
Implement the onboarding process to help new colleagues integrate into the working environment, understand their positions and responsibilities, improve work efficiency and nurture personal potential.
Employer Branding
Plan and implement employer branding programs to increase potential candidate awareness.
Collaborate on planning and executing programs to attract young talents (Job Fair, University Sponsorship, Company Tour...
Organize activities to build the work environment and foster internal communications and engagement with colleagues.
