Tổng quan
- Oversee total maintenance of production machinery, facility, and utility systems (HVAC, compressed air, power, water).
- Establish and execute Preventive/Predictive maintenance (PM/PdM), troubleshooting, and planned shutdowns.
- Lead new equipment installation, commissioning, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) for NPI projects.
- Manage CMMS, ERP systems, and spare parts inventory to optimize costs and equipment uptime (OEE).
- Ensure strict compliance with EHS, LOTO procedures, ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001), and Group policies.
- Supervise on-site contractors and drive Lean/Kaizen initiatives and energy-saving (CSR) projects.
- Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team; report directly to the General Manager (GM).
