- Handle customer systems in the process of Purchase Order, Payment documents.
- Prepare commercial invoice, logistic documents for shipping.
- Receive RFQ, contact customers, check BOM, drawings and related documents.
- Prepare the quotation and submit to customers.
- Working with cross functional department to make sure handling customer’s inquiries smoothly.
- Making reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Other assigned tasks.
