Tổng quan
- Lead supplier quality activities for new product development, including CTQ reviews, inspection method development, and PPAP documentation.
- Assess and improve supplier manufacturing processes, quality control, and inspection capabilities.
- Evaluate supplier technical capabilities before business awards and tooling release.
- Partner with SQE and Engineering teams to maintain consistent product quality from NPD through mass production.
- Review engineering drawings and specifications to ensure supplier compliance and recommend design or process improvements.
- Lead on-site supplier activities and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate engineering document changes and prepare regular quality performance reports for senior management.
