Tổng quan

Support VSP in coordinating interface discussions and meetings between all project stakeholders.
Organize and participate in interface meetings as required.
Contribute to the preparation and update of the Interface Register and help identify and track interface items.
Prepare and follow up RFIs (Requests for Information), and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support their resolution.
Work closely with discipline experts, including Civil, Track and Railway Systems teams, to resolve interface issues.
Contribute to the preparation and finalization of the Interface Management Plan and related interface documents as part of the Lead Consultant deliverables.
Coordinate closely with VSP, SGC system teams, contractors and other consultants on interface and railway systems matters.
Carry out design reviews when required, prepare Review Comment Sheets (RCS) and monitor their follow-up.
Liaise with Vietnamese authorities when required to support VSP in obtaining approvals.
Support Lead Consultant construction supervision activities when required and assist VSP and contractors in resolving interface issues on site.
Monitor compliance with the Interface Management Plan and report any non-compliance to the relevant stakeholders.
Organize design and construction coordination meetings, prepare minutes of meetings and follow up action plans.
Contribute to project reporting, including weekly meetings, monthly reports and the risk register.
