Review design submissions from designers and contractors related to Telecom and prepare Review Comment Sheets (RCS) to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Prepare Lead Consultant deliverables related to Telecom.
Coordinate closely with VSP, SGC system teams, contractors, the Shadow Operator, ICE, ISA and other consultants on Telecom matters.
Contribute to the Risk Register, Interface Management activities and safety-related activities, including the Safety Case.
Coordinate with Civil, Track and Railway Systems disciplines whenever Telecom interfaces are involved.
Support the Client in obtaining approvals from Vietnamese authorities for Telecom and Radio system licences.
Support Lead Consultant construction supervision activities, including Telecom equipment delivery, storage, testing and T&C.
Report site activities through technical reports to the Client.
Organize and participate in design and construction meetings with the client, contractors and designers, prepare MoM and follow up action plans.
Contribute to overall project reporting, including weekly meetings, monthly reports and the risk register.
