Key in data to make weekly cashflow reports, weekly cash reports
Prepare VAT, PIT declaration
Daily update data entry into Microsoft Dynamics NAV: invoices, money received from customers, expenses… in timely, consistent basis in-line with accounting treatment
Record cash receipt, business trip expenses, company trip expenses
Calculation and allocation of prepaid expenses to operating expenses for every month
Calculation and allocation of depreciation to operating expenses for every month
Keep BKAV digital signature to sign electronic VAT invoices, tax reports, social insurance reports and work with BKAV for related BKAV system issues
Check exchange rate when key in the imported goods to Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Liaise with CS team for VAT invoice related issues and other issues
Responsible to perform the part of accounts receivable function
Answer and handle customers’ queries, perform reconciliation of statement of accounts
Organize VAT invoices, documents, bank statements, contract into the folders
Checking and reconciling actual inventory and inventory in accounting book
Liaise with external auditor on annual audit
Other administrative tasks from supervisor.
