Tổng quan
- Evaluate and define business metrics, democratize data by building and socializing decision tools (dashboards, reports).
- Work closely with business stakeholders across Operations to conduct analysis that leads to actionable insights to grow the business and strengthen operational performance.
- Lead the effort to communicate the state of the business to stakeholders regularly to understand reasons behind the trends and provide insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Support various business functions with the development and maintenance of various management reports.
- KPI Management: Calculate and monitor SOC employee KPIs, review and validate KPI calculation logic to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Performance & Productivity: Provide data analysis and insights to support projects aimed at improving SOC productivity and operational performance.
