- Giám sát và điều phối hoạt động hàng ngày của nhóm Bonding, đảm bảo sản xuất đạt kế hoạch, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và yêu cầu của công ty.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Bonding team to ensure production meets the production plan, quality standards, and company requirements.
- Sắp xếp và sử dụng hiệu quả nhân lực, máy móc và nguyên vật liệu theo kế hoạch sản xuất, đảm bảo đạt mục tiêu sản lượng và hiệu suất.
- Allocate and utilize manpower, machines, and materials effectively according to the production plan to achieve production output and efficiency targets.
- Kiểm soát quá trình Bonding và đảm bảo các thông số như nhiệt độ, áp lực, tốc độ và các yêu cầu kỹ thuật được thiết lập và duy trì đúng theo tiêu chuẩn.
- Control the Bonding process and monitor key parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, and other technical requirements to ensure they are properly set and maintained according to established standards.
- Kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm, kịp thời phát hiện lỗi, phân tích nguyên nhân và thực hiện hành động khắc phục/phòng ngừa nhằm duy trì chất lượng và ngăn ngừa khiếu nại khách hàng.
- Control product quality, promptly identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain product quality and prevent customer complaints.
- Kiểm soát WIP, nguyên vật liệu, sản lượng, hiệu suất và thời gian máy dừng nhằm đảm bảo dòng sản xuất ổn định và hoàn thành kế hoạch đúng tiến độ.
- Monitor WIP, materials, production output, efficiency, and machine downtime to ensure a smooth production flow and timely completion of production plans.
- Đảm bảo nguyên vật liệu Bonding được sử dụng đúng mã hàng, specification, lot/batch và được bảo quản theo yêu cầu kỹ thuật.
- Ensure Bonding materials are used according to the correct style/article number, specifications, lot/batch, and storage requirements.
- Đào tạo, hướng dẫn và đánh giá công nhân Bonding về hướng dẫn công việc, vận hành máy, chất lượng, an toàn và yêu cầu 5S.
- Train, guide, and evaluate Bonding operators on work instructions, machine operation, quality standards, safety requirements, and 5S practices.
- Theo dõi tình hình đi làm, kỷ luật, hiệu suất và việc sử dụng nhân lực nhằm đảm bảo quản lý nhóm hiệu quả.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, performance, and manpower utilization to ensure effective team management.
- Phối hợp với Kế hoạch sản xuất, QA/QC, Bảo trì, Kho và các bộ phận liên quan để giải quyết vấn đề, đảm bảo đạt mục tiêu sản xuất và giao hàng.
- Coordinate with Production Planning, QA/QC, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other relevant departments to resolve issues and ensure production and delivery targets are achieved.
- Duy trì hồ sơ sản xuất và chất lượng, thực hiện các hoạt động cải tiến và các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của cấp quản lý.
- Maintain production and quality records, participate in continuous improvement activities, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng phòng.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Department Manager.
