The Trade Marketing Admin provides administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth execution of Trade Marketing activities, including paperwork, POSM installation and activation, promotion registration, Marketing asset tracking, and related reporting.
Manage the Sales Apps (Register for promotion scheme on the system, register NPD pricelist on the system and activation SKU on the system)
Track and manage administrative aspect of Marketing assets such as samples, POSM, gifts, and display materials
Handle paperwork related to POSM installation and activation.
Update Trade Marketing documents, records, and reports.
Update NPD monitoring (compare to forecast)
Provide list promotion for media social to brand team
Provide administrative support to the Trade Marketing team and executives
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in Marketing Admin, Marketing Executive, or a similar position
English: Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiar with internal system.
