Tổng quan

Lead and manage overall SHE activities of SEOV.
Develop, implement and continuously improve SHE policies, procedures and standards.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations related to Safety, Health, Environment, Fire Prevention and Chemical Safety.
Manage and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.
Conduct risk assessments and establish accident prevention measures.
Lead accident/incident investigations and follow up corrective and preventive actions
Conduct regular factory SHE inspections and ensure timely corrective actions.
Develop SHE objectives, KPIs, training plans and improvement activities.
Coordinate with Production and related departments to improve SHE performance
Lead, coach and develop the existing SHE members and strengthen teamwork, communication and discipline within the group.
Report SHE performance, major risks and improvement actions to Management.
Develop a standardized SHE management system suitable for SEOV's future multi-factory operations.
