Tổng quan
- Create sample request
- Checked and replied to customer emails and update running recap
- Check sample status, material schedule for sample and update on running recap and sample management Teams file
- MR meeting every Friday/
- Check all style on BBR if have any update for tech pack/BOM/comment for sample then send email update information to relative department.
- Received fabric sample check and call out if any issue such as (fabric over weight or hold/peach crease/fabric flaws…)
- Communication with pattern teams/TD/sample room if have any issue during proceed sample to improve.
- Check check TP/ BOM/ PO/ Fabric to make order for label, hang-tag, price sticker
- Contact with supplier to check price, MOQ/ lead time..
- Make layout for buyer approval then proceed order after layout approved
- Payment plan/ payment request
- Review sample and take photo. Co-working with relate depart if have any need to improve.
- Booking DHL/Fedex/My/Power to send sample
- Collect all sample submission (Sample, Fabric, S/O, trim) and send email inform to Buyer.
- Check and collect all issue need to call out with buyer (tech call out issue, material,...) summarize and send email to Buyer.
