Tổng quan
- Training & Qualification:
- Completing mandatory training program.
- Completing mandatory examination modules, both theory and practical.
- Data Evaluation & Analysis:
- Receiving datasets from Lead Evaluation Coordinator and clarifying reporting requirements.
- Requesting relevant information, documentation, and supporting data from the Lead Evaluation Coordinator.
- Perform data evaluation and analysis with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Use analysis software effectively—not as a black box, but as a technical tool requiring understanding.
- Highlighting any concerns immediately to Lead Evaluation Coordinator during the data analysis process.
- Preparing all requested deliveries (reports, summaries) in accordance with project requirements.
- Quality & Process compliance:
- Follow ROSEN evaluation procedures, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
- Identify potential process improvements or data-related issues and propose solutions.
- Ensure that work meets internal requirements for accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
- Teamwork & Collaboration
- Work closely with evaluation peers, trainers, mentors, and technical leads.
- Ask questions proactively and communicate uncertainties early to maintain evaluation quality.
- Participate in regular feedback, and competency development sessions.
- Technical Development
- Learn and operate ROSEN’s software tools.
- Develop continuously technical proficiency.
- Support implementation of new technologies or process updates within the evaluation workflow.
