Conduct market research, develop target account lists, and proactively approach corporate clients across Europe and Asia.
Receive, assess, and follow up on leads generated by Marketing; ensure all lead information and opportunity progress are fully updated on HubSpot.
Conduct meetings with clients to understand their business needs, budget, timeline, decision-making process, and key stakeholders.
Develop opportunity strategies, account engagement plans, and clear next actions for each prospective client.
Coordinate with Delivery and Technical Owners to validate the proposed solution, scope of work, required resources, effort estimates, and technical risks before submitting proposals.
Prepare proposals and quotations, and lead negotiations on pricing, payment terms, and other commercial conditions.
Collaborate with the Sales Assistant, Finance, and Legal teams to complete required documents, contracts, and internal approval procedures before signing.
Provide a complete handover to the Account Manager, including customer information, contract details, stakeholder mapping, commitments, risks, and potential growth opportunities.
Manage the sales pipeline and forecast, and achieve assigned targets for revenue, new contracts, new clients, and gross margin.
Mentor Junior Business Development Executives and Interns in market research, lead generation, and client engagement skills.
