Tổng quan

Define customer problems, value propositions and differentiated messages for each target segment.
Produce product brochures, sales presentations, demo narratives and website content.
Lead production of user manuals, tutorial videos and onboarding materials.
Plan and execute launch campaigns, seminars and webinars.
Train Sales and Operations on the product and maintain customer FAQs.
Translate product updates into customer-facing explanations and use cases.
Analyze conversion from campaign enquiries through registration and initial usage.

At least 3 years of B2B product or service marketing experience, ideally 5 or more.
Experience launching a new service or delivering a go-to-market initiative.
Ability to explain complex features through clear customer messaging and content.
Strong English writing and cross-functional project coordination skills.
Experience in logistics, shipping, SaaS or marketplaces.
Experience with product demonstrations, educational content and events.
Experience managing designers and external content producers.
Expected outcomes in the first 90 days
Deliver segment-specific messaging, sales materials, manuals and videos, and a launch campaign that Sales and Operations can use effectively.
