Tổng quan

Manage customer and supplier accounts receivable, accounts payable and invoices.
Reconcile deposit receipts, refunds and usage against bank transactions.
Process service fees, Pick-up Credits and claim-related settlements.
Track overdue balances and settlement discrepancies, and prepare month-end closing records.
Maintain supporting evidence, approval workflows and change histories.
Implement accounting and tax procedures confirmed by external professional advisers.
Work with the product team to validate settlement functions and resolve errors.

At least 3 years of experience in accounting, finance or transaction settlement.
Hands-on experience with AR/AP, bank reconciliation and month-end closing.
Ability to investigate transaction differences and verify supporting documentation.
Ability to handle invoicing and settlement communications in English.
Experience in logistics, international trade or platform settlement.
Experience with multiple currencies and collaboration with overseas accounting teams.
Experience implementing or improving ERP or settlement systems.
Expected outcomes in the first 90 days
Establish transaction and deposit reconciliations, a settlement calendar, approval workflows and month-end reporting. Refer matters requiring professional accounting or tax judgment to external advisers.
