  • Develop new clients and identify new property management business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with developers, BOCs, property owners, and potential clients.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and tender documents for property management projects.
  • Conduct site visits and understand client requirements before preparing proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and support contract signing.
  • Coordinate with Operations to prepare manpower plans, service scope, and pricing for new projects.
  • Coordinate contract handover to Operations and ensure a smooth project start-up.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing clients and follow up on their needs.
  • Support contract renewals and management fee adjustments.
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional services, including M&E maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and other property-related services.
  • Follow up on potential projects and prepare regular business development reports.
  • Achieve annual targets for new property management contracts and revenue.
