- Own the content strategy and calendar for TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram, with short- and long-form video at the core
- Turn complex finance and investment topics into clear, credible videos in Australian English
- Spot what the brand needs, propose new formats and series, and set priorities without waiting for direction
- Brief filming and editing; review scripts, final cuts and thumbnails before they go live
- Lead and mentor Content Executive; set standards for tone, accuracy and language
- Track views, watch time and engagement, report to the General Manager and refine the plan
- Conceptualize and script high-converting video ads tailored for Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, Google (YouTube/PMax), and emerging AI-driven advertising channels (e.g., ChatGPT search/canvas visual ads).
- Develop performance-driven creative hooks, storyboards, and strong CTAs optimized for lead generation and performance campaigns, collaborating closely with the Ads & Performance team.
