Manage the recruitment and selection process
Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; develop compensation strategies for employees
Conduct performance evaluations and salary reviews
Provide support and guidance to HR staff
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution
Ensure the organization’s compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and regulations
Design and implement employee retention strategies
Identify and bring up talent
Provide proper and professional HR service to employees (from entrance to exit)
