- Lead and manage production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets while ensuring compliance with SHE, GMP, BRCGS, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve production systems, procedures, and operational controls to drive efficiency, consistency, and operational excellence.
- Establish and manage plant KPIs, monitor performance, analyze operational data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity, quality, and cost performance.
- Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing production team through workforce planning, recruitment, coaching, performance management, succession planning, and capability development.
- Manage production resources, including manpower, equipment, materials, and operating budgets, to support business objectives.
- Serve as the designated person responsible for Organic-certified products and provide technical support to customers, audits, and cross-functional stakeholders as required.
