Tổng quan

  • Execute overall preventive and predictive maintenance for all production machines, auxiliary
  • Implement and/or lead implementation of new maintenance activities according to TPM (Total
  • Continuously observe and inquired on the machine status and provide immediate
  • Creating and filing the problem soving report and/or root cause analysis for the long breakdown
  • Defining the scope of work which is implemented by external service provider such as the
  • Supervising the external service activities, final check and sign on the acceptance documents.
  • Daily observe the production activities to find out the issues and propose innovative ideas that
  • Design basic drawings of production tools, fixtures, jigs (modification or new fabrication) and
  • Proposing & implementing the OEE/ MUDA projects which can help to improve the efficiency of
  • Creating the operating instructions (WI) of machines, training of operators on machine
  • Controlling the minimum stock machine spare-parts as well as the consumables, and make
  • Supports other tasks assigned by Production & Service Manager.
  • Ensure high productive level of all equipment (RPT).
  • Maintain good machine reliability (REL).
  • Reduce the machine breakdown (MTTR, MTBF).
  • Good control of machine spare parts / consumables.
  • OEE (Oerlikon Operational Excellence) maturity/ OEE score.
  • Oerlikon Standard compliance (Operational Audit) rating.
  • Coach, guide & improve maintenance skills of the related team.
  • Support to lead the team on OOE projects.
  • Support on HSE projects such as Energy Saving projects.
  • Healthy Relationship with peers
  • Teamwork player and cohesive with other departments
