- Monitor monthly Sales Plan vs. actual performance, analyze variances, and update Sales, Production & Inventory Plans.
- Consolidate and analyze sales demand, dealer forecasts, orders, production, and inventory data to support planning decisions.
- Develop planning scenarios and propose necessary adjustments based on sales performance and market conditions.
- Sales Performance & Market Analysis
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and key business indicators.
- Identify significant changes, analyze root causes, and prepare reports to support management decisions.
- Visit dealers, customers, and markets to understand demand trends and collect market information.
- Sales Programs & Policies
- Support the preparation and monitoring of sales programs and policies.
- Reporting & Administration
- Prepare regular management reports and planning materials.
- Support administrative assignments, including meeting minutes, schedule coordination, and business trip arrangements.
