Position Overview
Proactively identify, target, and acquire new customers across the Vietnamese local market through structured prospecting and outreach.
Ownership of the full sales cycle— from initial prospecting and client meetings through proposal development and deal closure.
Build, manage, and convert a qualified sales pipeline to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
Position and promote air freight, ocean freight, and value-added logistics aligned to customer requirements.
Establish and develop trusted relationships with key decision makers, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with operations, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
Deliver regular pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and market intelligence reports to senior management.
